The Mogadore manufacturing plant has been producing hand forged tools since Cornwell moved the business to that site in 1923. A variety of popular Cornwell hand-made ratchets, sockets, and wrenches are made in Mogadore. Cornwell is proud to offer Made in the USA products manufactured from the many dedicated, hard-working men and women continuing the legacy our founder Eugene Cornwell began in 1919.

In 2016, Cornwell acquired Kennedy Manufacturing, located in Van Wert, Ohio. Kennedy has been manufacturing industrial-grade, durable, metal tool boxes and storage cabinets for over a century. Today, Kennedy produces the Cornwell-branded Platinum™ series, Pro Series®, drawer and service carts, in addition to an array of classic and innovative tool storage equipment under the Kennedy brand. Forged in the United States with industrial strength materials, the tool and storage cabinets made at Kennedy are built to last.
