Developer
Primary responsibility is to convert system specifications into executable program modules that produce requestor's required function or output. This activity may involve the development of totally new program modules as well as the modification and enhancement of existing programs and systems. This position may also become involved in the translation of end-user requirements into the design and development of program specifications.


Developer Systems Analyst
Primary responsibility is to interact with functional area personnel to define business processes and related automated applications to simplify or improve productivity. Translate the solution of business or mathematical problems into computer language, using VISUAL BASIC and SQL Stored Procedures. Investigates causes of process and program bugs and recommends corrective actions. Prepares instructions for assigned programming systems or components enabling end users to proceed with implementation Assists in analyzing and evaluating proposed and existing systems. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis and business analysis.


Data Base Administrator
Primary responsibility is to convert system specifications into executable program modules that produce requestor’s required functions for output. Development of totally new program modules as well as the modification and enhancement of existing programs and systems. Translate end-user requirements into the design and development of program specifications. Investigates the causes of program malfunctions and recommends and or implements corrective actions. Prepares instructions and documents processes to assist end users in testing, piloting and implementing new applications or components. Evaluates the various procedural and/or programming systems required to operate and support programs and systems. Produces and maintains complete program documentation and assist in producing and maintaining system documentation.


Credit Supervisor
Responsible for extending credit in a consumer-type environment. Thorough knowledge of credit reporting, including E-Oscar and credit scoring a must. This includes the understanding of "risk-reward" decision-making. Also must have a thorough understanding of collection laws and techniques. Background must include ten years overall credit and collections specifically in consumer credit and collections. Must be proficient in Word® and Excel® as well as other Windows® based software. Five years of progressive supervisory experience and responsibility a must. Financial/credit card or banking industry candidates invited to apply!
