- Four days of classroom training on the basics of the business, then two weeks of training with your District Manager, who in most cases, has been behind the wheel of the truck
- Ongoing "on the truck" sales and business training
- Regional meetings that include seminars and vendor training
- A National Cornwell Rally with vendors, training, networking and support
- District Sales Meetings conducted by your District Manager and selected Cornwell vendors
- Computerized Business Management System available from an outside vendor for day-to-day control and online ordering
- Consultation on finding the right truck and vendor who will outfit your new Tool Supermarket on Wheels for you
