Human Resource Assistant

Cornwell Quality Tools Company, an employee-owned company, seeks an individual for the position of Human Resource Assistant. This position, reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, is responsible for assisting Human Resources in all functional areas including recruiting, program and policy administration, hourly payroll, and maintaining the Human Resource database. The background of the candidate must include six months to a year Human Resource experience (internships included). Proficiency in Access®, Word® and Excel® as well as other Windows® based software is also a requirement. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is required, equivalent experience can be substituted. Salary is commensurate with experience. No relocation is available.
